I was very impressed at how easily accessible the property was from the highway and the overall cleanliness of the room that was booked for my stay. The carpet was amazingly clean. Normally I keep my shoes on when walking around in my room but the carpet looked new or well maintained. Very impressed. Staff were kind and professional. There was not a lot of noise or children running down hallways, so if you are looking to relax, this is a great place. This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely revisit in the future.

The manager name Hanna Cao, was very helpful for when I had called the hotel a few weeks ahead of time to ask questions, such as eating establishments the area. The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway. The eating area was kept neat and clean. I like that they had the apples wrapped in plastic wrap, so that no one hands could just freely touch each apple.

Breakfast was very adequate and had everything we wanted for a free breakfast. The coffee was great! The location was good for the value of the room. Our stay was for the purpose of the Final Four so it was a little out of our way and we had to navigate the complicated Houston highway system, but it was worth it for the good value.

The breakfast was good. I had waffles, hashbrowns, orange juice, hot chocolate with milk, and an apple. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I also used the washing machine. The owner also gave me a cold bottle of water upon my arrival.
